I BOUGHT 2YEARS WARRANTY BUT NEVER FIXED MY TV

dec 22 2007 i bought open box 60'sxrd hdtv tv form circuit city and also i bought 2 years warranty protection plan.It was working fine but since oct.25 2008,this tv gives me problems,if i watch this tv longer then 4 hours it will turned off and did not turned on until next day.since oct.25 2008 to until now i called 9 times, i send severl e=mail but always says we will pick up your tv and will fixed but never happen,last time i called circuit city and the person told me they are going out of besuness herefor third party will fixed your tv and he provide me this phone number 703-255-2530(FOOTMAYER tv)and i called and person told me he will come saturday and pick up my tv but saturday nobody show up.This is not good customer service,I lost my money .I want my money back.Thank you.
