ON DECEMBER 24TH I PURCHASED A RING FOR MY GIRLFRIEND FOR CHRISTMAS WHICH TOOK ME 2 WEEKS OF LOOKING TO FIND THE RIGHT ONE. I MADE MY PURCHASE AT THE STORE AND BROUGHT IT BACK IN WITH MY GIRLFRIEND ON THE 27TH OF DECEMBER TO HAVE IT SIZED AND IT CAME BACK THE 2ND OF JANUARY WITH YELLOW GOLD ON THE BAND, THE RING IS WHITE GOLD. MY GIRLFRIEND WAS THE ONE WHO POINTED IT OUT SO THIS MEANS THE PERSON DOING THE SIZING DIDNT INSPECT IT AND THE SALESPERSON AT THE STORE DIDNT LOOK AT IT BEFORE CALLING MY GIRLFRIEND. SO THEY SEND IT BACK TO HAVE IT IRODIUMIZED AND IT CAME BACK A WEEK LATER WITH THE ENAMEL RUBBED OFF OF THE SMALL BLACK DIAMONDS WHICH ONCE AGAIN MY GIRLFRIEND POINTED OUT (same scenario as before). SO ONCE AGAIN THEY SEND IT BACK TO HAVE THE ENAMEL REPLACED ON THE DIAMONDS AND IT COMES BACK A WEEK LATER WITH ONLY HALF OF THE DIAMONDS FIXED, WHICH ONCE AGAIN MY GIRLFRIEND POINTED OUT ON HER THIRD TRIP BACK TO THE STORE. SO I FINALLY GO IN MYSELF TO FIND OUT WHAT IS GOING ON AND THE MANAGER THEIR SEEMED ANNOYED AND BOTHERED BY ME AND MY DISSATISFACTION! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER SHE GAVE ME WAS WRONG AND I HAD TO BE RE-DIRECTED TO THE CORRECT NUMBER AND FILED A COMPLAINT WITH A LADY THERE WHO WAS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL FOR A CHANGE AND SHE TOLD ME THIS WOULD BE SENT TO THE DISTRICT MANAGER AND HE WOULD CONTACT ME, WELL THIS WAS ON FRIDAY THE 23RD OF JANUARY AND HERE IT IS THE 28TH OF JANUARY AND STILL NO WORD. THIS IS BY FAR AND AWAY THE WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE HAD WITH ANY BUSINESS AND EVEN IF THEY GAVE ME THIS RING FOR FREE I WOULDN'T LOOK AT ANOTHER ZALES STORE LET ALONE GIVE THEM ANOTHER DIME!
