Cell phones allowed at school

People... we believe that kids should be allowed to use their cell phones during school hours. If there is any responces please say so... We believe that Kids should have full or restrained access to cellphones and ipods shouldnt be allowed in class for distraction matters... but i dont see what is so wrong with kids using them during recess and lunch... please any comments respond and your voice will be heard...
