BIKE SOCKER PROBLEM

SIR,

i purchased bike HERO HONDA CBZ on june 2007, from the date of purchasing the problem is that rear socker does not work properly. and the passanger who rides back side feel lot of jurks. i complained many times to the agency but after the one and half year no solution provided.finally i claimed a case in consumer forum against the company but no problem solved. so pls help me what to do and how the problem will be shortout.
