maytag hvac unit bagget heating and cooling Maytag 495 Kraft street clarksville, tn 37040 US baggettheatingandcooling.com Alan the father of the owner of the company sold me my unit, the unit numbers are psh4bf024k s/n psd 080100603/ second unit pah4vmx24kb s/n pad080604000 third is pphise-x24k s/n ppf080704394 My name is Tanya Wadkins install date was 10/30/08 my address is 380 martin rd clarksville tn 37042 as for my complaint this company has been the most horriable company I have dealt with, there employees even feel sorry for me, and not one of them thinks what they have done to me has been right since the begining. The issue started when I first put the new units in, my thermastats had stopped working, with in a few days, then they stoped working again and again....then the units stopped working and going in to emergency heat,or turning off all togther,, then we get the top floor working but the second floor is still not working so they put in a new thermostat, after awhile we think atlast this has fixed the problem then we notice as the weather changes for the colder we are not able to heat our house, itwon't get above 67 even when we have it set to 90.........they come out again, and again and again, every week, it is still doing it or the house is running on emergency heat, or auxillary heat, we get our electric bills they are 400 and 500 something dollars, before this new system was put in our electric on the highest it ever ran was 300 and this unit was 16years old and ran fine, and we wer told this new unit would save us money that it would lower our electric bill in fact it has doubled it.....when I complain and say enough is enough 3 months I have been patient while I let you try to fix the unit and everything else,I want a new unit I'm told well we dont have a return policy with these units(though there is a no lemon clause) you can't have a new one we are not going to do anything but come out and look at your unit if you call,that is all we have to do is make sure it runs.....well it dosn't run right, but it runs costing me a fortune in heating, they say they will help me out with last months bill but not this months when it is documented they left it on emergancy/auxillary heat this month...... To say the least the owners have done nothing but send someone out, never tuly fixing the problem for three months, I am tired I hurt because I do not have circulation in my leg and having it cold in my house does not help...I have asked begged and pleaded with these people to get me a new unit and when I get denied that I ask for them to take them back I get told in pretty much no your money is ours and your stuck with what we gave you and if you get a lawyer it is going to cost us both a lot of money, well enough is enough, I hope no one ever uses these people and that they never have to go through what I have with them, nobody should be treated as badley as I have been, exspecial since I have been patient and nice for 3 months while they try and trya dn try again to fix a unit that is a lemon to say the least.
