Sears service and repair dispatchers

Sears repair dispachers Sears US Called to get my cheaply made Kenmore Elite Microwave oven fixed and was told the part I needed would be on the van with the repair guy. Could not get an appointment for 9 days and when he came, told me he did not have the part and the dispatchers lied to me. I called to complain and was passed around to two different rude people and then put on hold for 20 minutes to talk to a nasty 'supervisor' who would not give me her name. All she said it she could not do anything for me at this time. She never apologized for the mistake or for the rudeness of the other employees. None of the people I spoke to today spoke English fluently either. I am making it my personal mission to find someone in Sears who will take my complaint seriously and compensate me for the 3 hours of work I missed.
