When I rented this knee brace from dynasplint,I asked how much it would cost me.The salesman,Chris Ferti,said my co-pay would be 25.00,and my insurance would cover the rest.I asked him how long it usually took the brace to help,he says 3 mos.I thought I had the brace for 3mos.The brace didnot help so after 3 mos. I sent it back.Not only did they charge for the 2 mos.they want 68.00 a month.I have told them on the phone I am not paying because Chris Ferti led me to believe my ins.would take of any other money.I should have known this a scam when he asked to meet at merrick club instead of his office. I am going to file a complaint with every consumer office Ican find.I am also going to file a complaint with the Attorney General of MD.I think this is a scam and something should be done about it.
