Phantom Damages

Hertz Car Rental Hertz 14501 Hertz Quail Springs Parkway Oklahoma City, OK 73134 US www.hertz.com Rented a vehicle from Hertz in Frankfurt Germany. Received an invoice with $150 EU in "damages". I disputed these damages via my credit card - AMEX. AMEX performed an investigation an decided that these charges were not legitimate and they returned the damage charge back to Hertz.
