Sprint - Breach of Contract

I obtained service for two cellular phones under the Everything Messaging Family plan with Sprint in December. In the plan, was supposed to be unlimited text, picture and video. However, now I am told that it is only unlimited text and if I want picture and video I must either upgrade to a data plan or pay additional amounts to send or receive picture and video.

SAME HERE!! This is an ongoing Battle with Sprint. Some Reps say this is wrong; some say it is correct. I may or may not get a credit depending who I have to FIGHT with.
