Sprint - Breach of Contract

Cellular Phone Service Sprint US www.sprint.com I obtained service for two cellular phones under the Everything Messaging Family plan with Sprint in December. In the plan, was supposed to be unlimited text, picture and video. However, now I am told that it is only unlimited text and if I want picture and video I must either upgrade to a data plan or pay additional amounts to send or receive picture and video. Up to 29.00 dollars more for the same 4g wifi service. I cancelled of course but now I have a early termination fee of 125.00 dollars. But they are the ones who change my plan in the middle of contract. How can this be legal. Has any else become interested in a class action.
