Sears service contract

Bought a protection agreement for a dehumidifier. Dehumidifier only cost about $58.00 and the agreement was $13.99. When the dehumidifier quit right away they told me to take it to a repair center. Only then did I find out the center was 50 miles away after the salesman had told me you could bring it to any store for service (what a crock) I called Sears and they said I could have a technican come to the house but it would be $60-$70 per hour. The dehumidifier wasn't worth that so I called Customer Service and I demanded a refund. After talking to everyone who has ever worked at Sears I was told I would get a partial refund. I'll never shop at Sears again. It's hard to shop where they talk out of there A******.
