Sears Customer Service Sucks
|
Hot Water Heater Sears , NJ US Sears Sucks. To say Sears Sucks is a huge understatement. Do NOT, repeat..Do NOT buy any home appliance from Sears. You would think purchasing and having a new hot water heater installed would be as simple as making a phone call to place the order. Not at Sears, after having to wait days for the install, we were charged an additional $85 for Piping work and Permit by the Sears Installer. The installers are contracted plumbers who suck just as bad as the customer service people at sears. After complaining about the bogus charges (we already paid for permits with the installation package)we find out that our new hot water heater does not even work. We are now on Day 2 with no hot water dealing with incompetant customer service who dont have a system for resolving issues. Isnt that what customer service is for? We have to wait for the installer to come back out, look at the hot water heater and tell us "yup its broken" then they have to order a new one, and then we will have to wait to have a new installation scheduled. Rather than doing the logical and just coming prepared with a replacement. Sears Sucks! No parts, rescheduled, can't even schedule a repair because their system is down. My garden tractor has sat in disrepair more than I havge used it. 15 service calls in 4 years. In northern MN we only mow for half the year so this thing still looks like new. NEVER NEVER NEVER BUY FROM SEARS. mad in MN From: Message Author (click here to email author)Date: Wednesday, 19-Aug-09 06:25:19 CDT Business: Reply Online Consumer: Comment On This |
