Experience on EBay

Earlier this year I had the unfortunate experience of getting stabbed for nearly $300.00 when pruchasing a ring on EBay. To simplyfy things the purchase represented something from the dime store days of the "50's". Thus I sent it back to Finger Fun World the seller on EBay.The agreement was if I was not satisified I could return it for a full refund (postage excluded, not suprisingly). E. Mwok never did refund my money contrary to what they said they would do. I contacted EBay. About all they did was spank his hands by apparently pulling his ability to deal on EBay. So - it appeared as if E.Mwok simply re-entered under a different name. Supprised? I didn't think so.

I'm retired, and that money came very hard. The ring was supposed to be a memento to an achievement I had made and that I could pass on to my son. Well I'm skrewed on both counts.
