How could you do this

Bell Canada
US

In June 2008 I moved to a new city, and thought about getting a new provider. When I called Bell they convinced me to stay and even said I would be paying less money on a new plan costing around 30 something dollars. I decided to stay. I moved again in September to a building next to the one I was living in and called to change my address and service for computer and phone. October passed, and November passed. Then December came. I called them concerned when my internet gave me problems about my bill. I found out that they did not even have the internet changed to my new address which is why I was not getting billed. They were still billing me 67 monthly for service I did not have to an address I no longer lived at. Talking to an agent she claimed she could not understand or hear me on the Bell payphone that I was "breaking up" and said there was nothing that they could do until I paid all but 1 month. Owing was 235.00 On top of that I realized they were charging me 56 for my phone line instead of the 30 something they said. YOU FORGOT TO BILL ME TO MY NEW ADDRESS AND THEN YOU CUT MY LINE AFTER GIVING ME 1 MONTH DISCOUNT. Bell SUCKS THEY HAVE BECOME TO ARROGANT IN THE TREATMENT OF THERE CUSTOMERS. THEY SEEM TO BE THE ONLY PROVIDER OR SO THEY SEEM. NOT MUCH FOR THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. Now my job hours got decreased and might go into collections for disconnection. Total in balance of computer contract for them cancelling $700 odd. Funny thing is I only have 1 year left in contract after being with them for 3 years.

Bell can F off in my opinion.
