On October 2008 I cancell my Direc TV account, because of the economy, what they did they suspended my service, I though that they have cancel my service. But no in January 2009 I ended up with a bill of $148.00. I called and I was told that they only suspended the service and it had been activated by it self after 3 months, AND NOBODY AUTHORICE THE CONECTION. So I had to pay the full amount and spell CANCEL by phone with them. Direc tv sucks in customer service.....
