day 11 and still trying to get ix webhosting to fix frontpage extansions and to contact me as to why it takes so long

why after 11 days cant i get ix webhosting to fix frontpage extansions and for management to contact me concerning why it takes so long to repair and or contact. i put in multiple tickets and have gone thru multiple chats of which i have copies, but yet they still cant fix my problem or pick up the phone to call me
