Horrible Service

Don't use Griffin Heating and Cooling! Last year when we had them come for our annual service, the guy spend 40 minutes cleaning our system (even though he recorded an hour and a half!) Then when he found out we had a coupon and weren't paying by the hour, he seemed stunned! This year we bought a contract with them and the guy was in our drive and back in his vehicle in 15 mins! And, when it came time to use furnace, had problems...he finally came back out and it didn't help it for the long run. My husband checked in furnace and there was a wire that he barely touched and it fell off! He fixed it and no problems since...Obviously the 15 mins. the guy was here, he didn't do the job he was paid for! Don't use Griffin Heating and Cooling. Go elsewhere.
