Ford are liars when it comes to warranty

My Ford Fiesta was bought on the 31st Oct 2006. It came standard with a 3year / 100 000km warranty. After the first year, I started experiencing problems after taking the car for it’s first service (I took it to the Ford Fury branch in Sandton). Every time I accelerated, the car would sort of stick and the acceleration function was not as easy and effortless as it was prior to the service. I took my car back to the dealership and they said that there was a problem with the oxygen senses and that problem would be rectified at a cost in excess f R3000 (who has that kind of disposable money anyways??). There were able to correct the problem without replacing the senses, which I was delighted with because it prevented me from going into further debt. The problem has now resurfaced and Ford has changed it’s tune saying that these issues are only covered in the first year of the car being purchased. What a bunch of hypocrites you are FORD!!!
