US Airways Website Problems

Airline US Airways 111 W. Rio Salado Parkway Tempe, AZ 85281 US http://www.usairways.com/awa/ I booked a flight on November 14th. When selecting my return flight I selected December 13th at 6:31PM. I had an afternoon event that day, so I needed an evening flight. Somehow I was booked on the 10:29AM. This was a website error. I can't prove this one. I realized the error on December 7th and rebooked to 6:31PM. I was charged an additional $215. I received a confirmation on December 8th showing a change to 10:29AM. At this time I had proof that the website was having problems. I called, emailed, and wrote a letter tp Mr. Doug Parker, Chairman & CEO. They will not address the website problem. They say the problem is with me. I do not feel I should be paying a $215 change fee and increase in fare when the US Airways website is clearly having issues.
