Hi,

I am new resident in bangalore vijayanagar, having ration card from karnataka government. I approached kalpana gas agency for a new gas connection. I had gas stove, during connection i said i dont need the gas stove, they said there is a inspection, and the process will take 15 days time. I booked on november 22nd till now no person is turned up for inspection. Always telephone lines are engaged, when i asked in person and enquired, they said, if u dont want we will refund, when ever our executive is free then only he will come, till now no body turned up, you need to wait till the time. If this is the case, this will take ages and ages. In a busy life, is it possible to enquire daily in-person at the gas agency office. Please intervene and do the needful
