Home Depot Rebate Problem

Home Depot US I was supposed to get a $500 rebate from The Home Depot for a kitchen remodel. It has been now 120 days since the rebate has been submitted. This time is unacceptable. They keep saying the rebate company went out of business. Time frame is unacceptable.
