city car center salesman/manager Nadeem Hanif sold a used 2004 BMW 745i vin# WBAGL63534DP73766 aug 27th, 2008. City Car Center could never provide title,registration, tag for this vehicle from 08/27/08 to 12/18/2008 On 12/18/2008 city car center agreed to purchase back the car for the original amount $25,500.00 gave letter and check to consumer, which turned out to be a NSF check and has been turned into Bartow County, Ga magistrate courts on 01/14/09. from 11/22/2008 through end of Dec. 2008 the car was at Global Imports of atlanta for repairs, service there found documented the transmission in this car needs immediate replacement. City Car Center denied Global Imports to repair the car picked up car as of 12/18/08, On 01/09/2009 it was discovered the car is to be sold at an auction by city car center. on 12/16/2008 a contact to local tag office on the vin number revealed the car was still titled to previous owener with a lien attached to title prior to 08/27/08 purchase.
