Business owner "Mike" VERY rude and unprofessional.

I do not know where you arte but Mike in Tampa is a con-man, he sold me a trany it took 3 months to get it . It was broken in shipping , he told me to send it and the one in the truck back . he never called for 3 weeks when I called him back he told me I broke trying to install it. So now I am out a trany and $1400.00. I can not do anything because no law inforcement want to touch, any one wanting contact me may at rod AT texascycleworks.com.

PS. if I heard that Mike ended up in the Everglades as gator bait I would not loose 1 damn bit of sleep.

Last I checked they had a f rateing at the better bussiness bural, that buy the way was in responce to them not responding to the bbb inquiery

Still havnt picked up the trany, However my credit card company gave me a refund after the ford dealer wrote a letter saying they had the right imfo and sent the wrong trany

Sounds like exactly what happend to me. sent me the wrong transmission and tryed to say I didnt give enough imfo ,even though I filled out the imfo request form Still waiting for the request to pick up the wrong trany. Just want a refund now.
