yahoo voice $25 charge

I just found a $25 charge from yahoo voice on my checking account places as a point of service charge to my debit card. I have no idea what yahoo voice is and cant find a phone number. I did just contact the bank to see if they can give me any more info but I do think I am the victim of fraud. The last thing I purchased on line was with paypal so im nervous how someone could have my account number. Paypal is so secure. Does anyone know where i can contact yahoo voice?
