I'm a homeowner that fell victom to the inflated interest rate issue while dealing with Countrywide. I was forced into a bankrauptcy a few years ago and have been faithful with making my payments since entering the chapter 13. However, I have been seeking to do a loan modification with the Bank of America since they have taken over Countrywide home loans. Although, my situation is very stable and solvent I cannot seem to get a timely response from Bank of American in regards to modifying my loan. I want to move forward with my life with a fresh new start and am very capable of meeting my monthly obligations. The bankrauptcy was good for the specific reason of saving my mortgage at the time but it is bleeding me continuously and is impossible to get out of it. I need assistance with how to effectively get out of the the bankauptcy and back on track with my mortgage company? It seems as though, the mortgage company is dragging the matter along and prolonging and effort to work out a loan modification.

That says it all..yesterday I saw a truck with a huge American flag painted on the rear window and in big red letters it said "OBAMA IS A LIAR" ..he borrows money from another Country to help out the economy?..yea let's go into debt to get out of debt..stupid! Now he suddenly has a hundred million dollars to send to another Country..yea fine help them out I'm all for it..send them food, clothes, medical supplies, even some money to help with rebuilding, shit send people home to see about their familes and friends, but put all those millions to work for the American people..after all charity begins at home..no wonder the US gets laughed at..we are a huge joke..bet, if we had a major earthquake no one would send us a dime much less a hundred million dollars!! Now the banks are upset coz they have to pay back the bailout money they received..had they given us that money we would have put it back into the economy then the pay back would have been a given..DUH! Now those greedy ass sobs want the customers to pay it back..if I discover my bank is one of those banks I will find me a bank that isn't on that list and tell my bank to kiss my rosey red ass goodbye!! in the meantime Obama can kiss this! Now it's time to give a Woman a chance to prove her worth after all Obama has proven what he's worth! Next time put a Woman in office and see things change for the better as long as she's not a Repulican!!
