Never received purchase

I purchased a tricycle for my son's 2nd birthday and I never received it. My credit card was charged for the purchase. The only contact information available was their e-mail. I e-mailed them regarding my purchase and never received a response.

This order had been shipped out to the customer. Customer was notified of Back Order & as soon as it came it, it shipped out. Communication was key in this transaction.
