dish network bad buissness practice

i left dish network they asked me to return the equipment. I returned it to them and then they pulled money out of my account with out my knowing for the equipment. They made my accounts bounce so I yanked the money back thru them to me.Dish network then sent me a check later once they relised they made a mistake on the charges so I cashed the check to pay for the over draft fees and frustration. they in return put a delinquent credit on my report. saying i need to give them the money back.
