Auto financing Chase Auto Finance p.o. box 901076 fort worth, tx 76101 US www.chase.com Firstly as I received as call at 7am this Saturday morning I raced to the phone afraid of emergency. I got to the phone for them to hang up on me. An hour later they call again and state that they are sending me to collection agency for a $50 balance. I advice that this $50 was an over sight on my part and that I had already received a new bill for February with this amount on the bill. I had setup for my bank to pay the full amount. She then continued to seemingly read from a script and state that my account would be put in default and reported to credit bureau. I advised that all payments had been made on time for the past 3 years and that the $50 payment was on its way. She then informed me to reconcile the $50 payment now. She sounded Indian and didn't understand me. I will use my federal refund to pay off my car and I will never ever use CHASE to finance my car or for any service they acquire and offer. They need to rethink the way they do business. People won't be strapped for cash forever and when things come back we'll all be sticking with the companies that treated us well.
