Efforts to get an answer to a tax question using the advertised means (help line, customer service email, "Ask a Tax Advisor") have been extremely difficult and ineffective. Discussion with someone finally reached at 888-482-9288 revealed that the company is swamped during the "high tax period" and I was advised that I should expect a dalay of 4-6 days before I would receieve a response although information elsewhere indicated 4 hours as a typical wait using the tax advisor.
