I received a message from some guy named Ryan Ramsey. The man was so rude-telling me "I need" to call him. But he doesn't say who he is, who he works for or represents, and what the issue was. So, I call the number back and the first woman to answer the phone was just as rude. She transfers me, and another woman answers the phone, then I get disconnected. I have worked with customers, in person and by phone, and I at least have the common courtesy of being polite and stating who and what the issues are.
