VODACOM POOR SERVICE

VODACOM ZA VODACOM BLOCKED MY PHONE ON 1 FEBRUARY 2009 WITHOUT ANY REASON. AFTER A MILLION SERVICE REQUESTS, MY PHONE IS STILL BLOCKED. VODACOM CANNOT SEE THE PROBLEM AND KEEP ON TELLING ME TO TAKE OUT THE CARD AND PUT IT IN ANOTHER PHONE, OR SWITCH IT OFF. I WANT TO CANCEL THIS CONTRACT AFTER 9 YEARS, BECAUSE NOW IM PAYING FOR A SERVICE, BUT THERE IS NO SERVICE. I CANNOT EVEN PORT THE CONTRACT TO ANOTHER PROVIDER, BECAUSE IT IS BLOCKED. I USE MY PHONE FOR BUSINESS PURPOSE AND HAD TO BUY A PAY AS YOU GO IN THE MEANTIME.
