Airtel Staff misbehaviour and Continous wrong charging and information

Airtel IN Dear Sir , This complaint is meant for Airtel India ,its repersentatives and poor customer service dealings. I am holding a mobile with pre paid connection of Airtel India no. 9818485139(Delhi).This complaint is for two problems faced by me while using my phone and feel cheated by Airtel India.I am a very old user of Airtel India and feel helpless to even address my problems to Airtel.every time i call up Airtel the standard relpy of reverting back within 48 hours is given which never turns up.This complaint is to address my problems to hopefully right people of Airtel ,who may like to investigate the same and possibly rely me: #1) I enquired the calling value of Rupees 112 on my mobile by sending SMS...RC 112(to know thw calling value on Rs.112) on no. 170 and quickly got the reply Recharge Value 112 And Calling Value 97.68 Validity 0 days......Which reflets,as i understand that on Recharging of Rupees 112 i shall get talk time for the value of Rs.97.68.I recharged my mobile at 20.50.16 hours on 5th Feb.'09 for Rs.112 from B1 Market Janak Puri,New Delhi against transcation ID 894710080, but it showed talk time of Rs.11.12.Even These Rs.11.12 are not carried forward in my account.I once again checked by sending SMS for getting reply to querry of RC 112 at 20.55.17 Hours and once again reply was the same calling value (i.e. rs.97.68).Confused with this immediately i called up the help line number 121 and explined my problem to the repersentative.The gentleman put me on hold for 45 seconds and requested me to speak to his supervisior and connected me to him.I once again narrated my problem to this gentle man (Supervisior),who identified himself as Rajneesh.This gentleman (unlike his subordinate )defied my statement and gave me the shocker.He told me that u should be knowing that on Rs.112 there is a package of Rs 1112 SMS airtel to Airtel and no Talk time. I told him i was not aware about any such package and in order to get the talk time i simply went according to the reply to the querry sent on no. 170.On this he replied that brouchers for the SMS package are affixed every where and it was my duty to see those materials. I was really shocked with his beheaviour ,tone he was using to talk to me .when i objected to this he even threatened that YOU CAN GO ANY WHERE WITH YOUR COMPLAINT.I must say this person was utmost rude in beheaviour and has complelled me to think about continuing to use the services of Airtel any more and break a very old bonding i had with Airtel.Unfortunately i am holding 3 airtel connections for myself and family and my brother is using a larger volume of Airtel services for his business and personal use. #2) I am using the mobile which does not support Airtel Live ,whereas on 30 Jan2009 at 15:23:20 Hours i got a sms from Airtel No.64611020 which read as.."Thanks for using (subscriptions ,text based service on Airtel WAP. You have been Charged Rs.20."This was not the first time i received such an SMS Till around 1 month back i used to get such msgs every week and on my complaint to Airtel on No.121,they acknowledged the error committed and refunded back on very few occasions.This time also i lodged my protest for the same on no. 121 but to no avail.The representative even told me to visit Airtel outlet (Which is quite far off from my residence)and show this msg to them as he was not able to see the SMS on his computer. I am really disgusted complaining for the same problem again and again and no solution was ever given to me.It is sort of CHEATING with the customers. Hope my problems will go to the right hands of Airtel who may like to do the justice and end harrasing the customers like me and put polite and professional individuals to help the customer and not let them feel cheated and helpless.
