I called dodge customer service about the saftey concerns i had after just experiencing the (dodge death wobble) in my truck and why they did not recall

it when its been an issue since 2003 and they have a upgraded steering system for it. I was transfered and told maybe they could help at which time a man told me that my warrany was for 36000 and my milage was 75000 which i obviously knew so i told him dont talk to me like im an idiot then he yelled some things at me and hung up.

i then called back and asked to talk to a manager and was told they have no managers and was hung up on again.

dodge just lost a customer for life.
