Quality Nose Studs A Lie

I ordered a white gold with CZ stone nose stud after reading on the website that this company differs from the rest in that they sell only the highest quality nose studs. The stone fell out of my nose stud within a week. When I contacted the company for a replacement, they said I should have purchased a stud that had claws as to hold the stone in place. I did buy a stud that has claws. They will not stand behind their product at all. I paid almost $30 for something that I wore less than a week. I could have bought the same defective crap at Walmart for $8. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.

i wish i had read this complaint before buying. this "on-line" store is some broad who orders merchandise out of her home with your money, then sends it to you. But be prepared that you won't get what you ordered. 14kt white gold will be steel & not 925 stainless (i took it to my jeweler). what i paid $19.95 for, he appraised at $1.95. The nose ring was some crappy little earring I wouldn't take as a gift. This woman's name is kelly gilroy and she will NOT refund money. Buy mcdonald coupons and give them to strangers; it will give you a bigger sense of satisfaction. i'm going to call the authorities in her town of courtenay, british columbia AND report her to my VISA company. She's a pig and a shell game.
