Norton 360 prevents internet connetction

This product will mess up wireless internet connection and lock down your pc. Will also make your system run slow. Do not use this product if you want to use a wireless laptop etc. Customer service stinks, they blame everything on the user. Just google this product and put internet on it and see the problems. Stay away from Norton 360

I had this product for a while and i had quite similar issue, moreover my pc didn't respond to my commands. Now i use Bitdefender and i'm very glad that i chose it, i have no problem anymore.
