Car Rental Company

We all know that used car dealerships are crooked. For the most part, if we go there someone will be over charged, or having to pay horrible down payments. Well, low and behold there's another naughty business using terrible tactics. I had been hit by another vehicle, and of course Geico uses Enterprise. So..... for a month I've had to use a rental car. I went to the Enterprise in Pflugerville, TX off of Pecan St. There was an ice storm around 1/28/09 and like any person would I turned on the defrost. The windshield cracked over the vent. I turned in the vehicle to Enterprise on 2/2/09. I was asked how much the insurance deductible is on the insurance policy I was under. I explained it was around $250, so they told me the Longhorn Glass Company would charge them $150. The man at the counter decided that the $250 wouldn't be necessary, and charged my credit card for $150 (the windshield) price he said it would cost. After being charged for the windshield personally, now they are trying to file a claim through the insurance. Talk about DOUBLE DIPPING!!!!!! Another gentleman while I was there came in, his car rental was to be covered under another persons' (from a repair shop) card. They tried to charge this guy's card for additional fees, what they claim is a deposit. BEWARE DO NOT USE ENTERPRISE FOR ANY RENTAL NEEDS. I would never go back there, not even to rent a bicycle.

i rent a car in renta wreck but the car that they give us it was broken and we almost got to the accident .and we keep calling the owner but he doesnt pick up my calls.were asking for help coz we just want our money back but he still blaiming on us what happen and he want us to pay the towing.we didnt even use the car at all.
