I do not understand why eBay asked me to pay CAD $2.25 as a fee for the Item number: 160313427413. It was my first sale on eBay Canada and I received a promotional e-mail saying that the fee will be offered for the 3 first items listed on your website until 3rd February 2009. I listed it on the 1st February 2009. Then, the customer agent, Michele (cafrrswebhelp AT ebay.com) is pretending that I did not select a shipment fee to benefit from this offer. In the present case, it is false, I selected "buyer will directly pick-up the item" and in French: "L'acheteur vient chercher l'objet" associating automatically a $0.00 value to this (see capture screen here: http://img140.imageshack.us/img140/8861/ebayfreeads3.png). It was not initially mentioned that it was an exclusion to be refunded (see capture screen here: http://img140.imageshack.us/img140/3788/ebayfreeads.png). Moreover, they are taking advantage of their leadership by owning Paypal as well and they will automatically debit my Paypal account without my consent on March 1-2, 2009 despite the fact that I opened a case with them about it.
