Kmart shady buisness practices

This Kmart store has recently let go of several dedicated employees with over 25 years of service each.Why? Inorder to replace them with younger employees that will work for less money. Is this how they treat those that have spent most of their lives working hard for a company? No longer will I ever give my money to any place that treats their own employees like this.
