Bell Mobility doesn't care!

I am at the end of my patience with bell Mobility!

I have been a customer of Bell Mobility for over 10 years! I share a plan with my son and I pay the bill. I have had my current phone for 6 years...no complaints but its time is near. Its starting turning itself on and off, sends me messages etc. It's time.

I went to Bell Mobility in the Oshawa Centre and looked into an upgrade.

I was told that after 6 years I am only entitled to a $100 upgrade!

The phone I want is $250 and I am NOT paying $150 for a phone that I should , by now, be getting a free upgrade on.

I was told that if I wait until MAY, I can get the phone I want for FREE!

So now , I'm confused. for the sake of 2 months...I go from a $100 upgrade to a $250 upgrade????? after not having an upgrade for 6 years!

Then I made the mistake of calling Bell CS!

Never do this unless you need an ulcer and haven't had your daily insult!!

The people I have been dealing with there...DON"T CARE! they are paid to read off written statements and don't care that you have been with the company for 10 years and are about to leave! nope...so what? go ahead.

Then to add insult to injury..I get an email telling me that I will be charged $400 to cancel my account if I chose to do so.

Like thats a threat!

$400 is 2 months billing to me.

I'd be paying that anyway until May and still not have anew phone that works!

But they don't get it and certainly don't care!

So....its shopping I go! off to give my business to a company that really wants to keep a customer happy!

For the sake of giving me a new phone at no cost to you...you have pissed off and lost a customer that will NEVER come back!
