They are offering VOIP services. When I bought 25 euros credit, they was having a rate with Romania - mobile of 3 cents and no connection fee. As soon as I bought th 25 euros credit, they raised up the rate to 8!!! cents and they introduced a connection fee of 4 cents.

I think this is cheating.
