acaiPure bogus agreement signing

I seen an offer for acaipure supplement online for 1.95. No where did I see an agreement box to check or sign for a membership. when my email confirmed the 1.95 purchase it went into this membership and how it would cost another 39.95. I canceled the membership online because there is always a 45min wait on the phone no one ever answers. I returned the unopened package. I was then charged the 39.99 and told I signed an agreement. I went on the site and finally found it at the bottom of the page where it looked as if the page was ended way after the order rush my order now button if I had seen this I would never ordered it. they won't refund my money it has been over a month. I have canceled this several times and recieved an email stating they recieved my returned unopened package they stated on 1/28/09 that it was returned without a rma???? or proper tracking # that it would take alot longer to get there and process.?? They also state in this email that "I am not pulling up any returns from you right now.
