Hotel booking WD Travel Co. Ltd. Bangkok, TH http://wired-destinations.com/ I made the hotel booking through Wired-Destinations, and received their "booking receipt/check-in voucher" on 12-Feb-2009. And then, this afternoon, i received this email as below, as self-explanation. Now, i'm wandering will i be able to get back the refund? And my case is the same - the amount has already been charged to my Credit Card. I have tried calling the two phone numbers listed in the email, but they keep ringing endlessly, and no one answers!
