Ticketmaster

I bought a gift card from ticketmaster. I gave this to my girlfriend as a gift. When we tried to purchase tickets at from a ticket master location, the system said the card was invalid. I called ticket master and was told "you have 75 dollars on the card, we cannot refund the money to you." I was told to try again. Anyway, I ended up buying the tickets with cash becuase the card would work anywhere. Now I'm stuck with a 75 dollar gift card that doesn't work and ticket master will not give me a refund....it's not my fault the card wouldn't work. Ticketmaster has the worst customer service and I simple wanted to put this out there.
