Rude & Unprofessional

This company is so rude & unprofessional. Customer already paid in full & they wrongly included the small shipping fee which the customer is willing to pay after the product arrived. They dont appologize for their wrong procedure & on the other hand being rude to customer's concern although the customer is already willing to pay in full & disregard their unprofessional procedure & email failure. They just RUDEly turn down the customer without any excuse!
