Network Omni contract violation and invoice non-payment

I cannot get Network Omni pay for work I did for them in January through July 2008. I took their telephone calls to interpret in the middle of the night, or 911 call all the time. I submitted my invoice in time. I followed the contract terms. The company didn't. I was told they were working on it, and would pay my invoices as soon as possible. It's been a year now - and I still cannot get my invoices paid. Did anyone have any luck in getting their payments from Network Omni? I complained via BBB, but the company won't respond to them. Does anyone have any other suggestions? I do appreciate your time and advice. Svitlana
