Medical Necessity

Ordered syringes required for tube feeding 10 days before they were needed. They were due to arrive in 4 days. Since my billing and mailing address are different I verified my shipping address several times. Upon shipping my apt # was listed as 3 instead of 306. By the time I discovered that UPS was having trouble finding my apt. the syringes were in route back to imed.com. We called and they verified they had the right address on record and said they would reship. When my wife told them it was critical they arrive by Monday she was told if she didn't shut up she wouldn't get them till Wednesday. Tuesday while I was at the hospital being hydrated because the syringes hadn't arrived yet, my wife called UPS and found that they did indeed have another package for me but this was also sent to the wrong apartment so had not been delivered. From the first order to delivery was 12 days and delivery occurred only because my wife was so tenacious.
