Irregularity in Kinley Drinking Water Supply

TO WHOMSOEVER IT MAY CONCERN

I would like to bring to your notice that the supply of Kinley Water 20L in JP Nagar 8th phase is very poor. Distributor Name or the person to whom we are told to contact by Kinley i.e Coca-cola company people in JP Nagar 8th phase is SUGANTHA.

We ordered for a 20L can water and the delivery process was quite ok as it had a LeadTime of 2 days. This is quite agreeable and sensible.But in the due course it got worsened and the above said guy SUGANTHA had insisted us pay for one more can so that he can deliver two at a time to break the shortage of water @ our home. Now, the condition is still worsened and he started neglecting our calls i.e either a lon ring or he disconnects the call. Surprisingly, if he picks he would say that he is delivering Water Cans to some other places and he could come only after performing his duties.

Last, but not least "WE ARE AWAITING BY RECEIVING SCOLDINGS FROM DISTRIBUTOR EVEN AFTER PAYING STUPID AMOUNT OF BUGS WITHOUT GAINING THEIR SERVICES".

I dont know where to post my grievances.I would like to take this to an proper official in coca-cola kinley. Please help me how to proceed with this or solve this issue by publishing.
