Coast National Insurance-what a joke

My neighbor was hit by one of their insured drivers and so far the claims adjustor Rachel has been worthless, rude and ignores her calls. She is on disability and her car is not drivable anymore,, the accident occured in December and she has no idea when she is going to get paid. She has no money. She has complained to supervisor. They know it's there driver's fault,, they say they'll pay and they haven't and will not tell her anything else. Horrible company to deal with.
