Missing half of my order

Speedy Car Parts US www.speedycarparts.com I ordered a rear window molding for a chevrolet blazer that I broke the back window on accidentally. This comes in two pieces, one that goes around the sides and top of the window, and a separate piece for the bottom. I received the item 2 days after it was supposed to arrive, because it was shipped to the wrong house. I open the package to discover it was just thrown in a huge box with a little bit of paper, very poorly packed. Open it up, and pull out the first piece. Looks fine. Then I go looking for the second piece... it's not there. I found where it was supposed to be attached to the first piece, but its completely missing. I had to spend two hours scraping glass out of the old molding from the broken window. My glass replacement appointment was the next morning, so I didn't have time to deal with their customer service to try and get the other piece. I paid $98 for that garbage.
