Customer Service

I am writing this niot dure to the product being defective. I writing because the service is defective.

1, You don't get an address to send questions.

2, The customer service phone numbe is not even in the U.S.A.

3, When I did call this number the people taking the calls do not understand or speak English very well at all.

4, There was afree trial offer, which I got but really didn't like but because I was more than the 15 day trial period I still had to pay for that bottle. That is fine. But, I was charged $84.79 on 12/31/08 for a shippment that I sent back the very next day, and 6 days later I was charged another $84.79.

So I was charged twice for bottles of this product without getting the bottle at all , which is perfectly fine because I cancelled the Program as soon as I could. They need to put my Mo0ney back on my charge card. Times are bad all over the place I will not let this company take advantage of me.
