I've had it. My patience is gone along with most my hair since I bought a Dell computer, monitor and printer from one of those magazine you used to see on every magazine back, just about.

The Dell 924 printer has never worked. It takes me 4-6 envelopes to get it to print a mailing address correctly, let alone the return address. It is costing me a lot to use your printer.

The monitor size was not the size as promised in the magazine ad. I called and the person somewhere in India said he'd look into it. Never heard from Dell.

Owning a Dell and having to order print cartridges from their website (one of the worst around from my experience) has been a consumer's nightmare.

You got me once Dell. Never again.

And no, I can't mail the printer somewhere, who knows where at who knows what cost, and wait for you to fix it. You should have made it right to begin with.

Is your computer hardware made in China?
